The Pragma Law Driving Offence Team
I’m Lucy, a specialist driving offence solicitor based in Nottingham. My team and I really know our stuff when it comes to motoring offences. After speaking with us, you’ll be confident you’re in experienced hands. You can learn about the other team members below.
Since 2008, I have worked exclusively as a driving offence lawyer. I now work only for private defendants charged with driving offences, but in the past have also prosecuted cases in the criminal courts. I believe that having experience in both prosecuting and defending has made me a better solicitor and advocate and I will use my knowledge to your advantage.
My aim is to reduce the stress of your court case and to save your driving licence wherever possible. If you’ve not dealt with the court system before, it can be a daunting process. I have been a specialist driving offence solicitor for many years and have represented countless drivers in court. You will be confident that you are in safe hands as I guide you through the process.
It’s important you are given clear advice from the outset about what to expect and how much it will cost. I do my best to put you at ease and explain the strength of your case.
We do what we’re best at.
Free Initial Advice
No obligation, no hard sell
Staged Fixed Fees
Competitive, transparent pricing
Even evenings and weekends
Whether you are facing a minor offence such as speeding or using a mobile while driving, a more serious charge like drink driving or dangerous driving or perverting the course of justice, I can represent you. If you want to defend your case, I will help you fight. If you don’t have a defence, I’ll aim to reduce your sentence.
My professional team and I have many years’ experience giving legal advice on traffic offences and representing drivers in court.
I deal only with motoring offences and road transport matters. My aim is to deal with all my cases personally, from start to finish.
If for any reason I am not available, you will be advised or represented by a specialist motoring offence solicitor or barrister whom I trust. I will supervise your case throughout.
You’ll find me friendly and approachable at all times. I’ll put your mind at ease and guarantee to make your situation less stressful. At the same time, you’ll be confident that you are in safe hands.
My advice will be clear and explained in a way that you can understand. I will not confuse you with legal terminology.
In the courtroom, I’ll fight your case and put forward clear, persuasive arguments.
I am confident I can get you the best outcome, but will not make false promises.
