A driver who only found out about his driving ban as a result of a letter from DVLA has had his conviction removed. The court had been sending correspondence to an old address having not updated its systems. As a result, our client had not received any paperwork and could not defend himself.

We acted quickly to void the disqualification and get him back on the road. Thereafter he was acquitted of the charge which triggered the driving ban.

We are currently dealing with many cases like these.
